Information about your stay

  • Tourist tax: € 2.50 per person for 7 days (children up to the age of 14 are not subject to this tax).
  • ARRIVALS: you will get the keys to the apartment on Saturdays from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (depending on the cleanliness of the apartment).
  • DEPARTURES: the apartment must be vacated on Saturday no later than 10:00 a.m. Kitchen and kitchenette must be left clean upon departure; 70.00€ will be deducted from the security deposit if the client fails to do so.
  • PAYMENT: deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay upon booking confirmation and balance upon arrival, when you receive the keys.
  • TO BE PAID FOR ON-SITE:
    bed and bath linens can be requested at a cost of € 20.00 per person for every time they are changed; kitchen linens not available;
    additional bed € 100.00 per week.
    Mandatory final cleaning: € 70.00, in case of presence of pets (on request) the cost of final cleaning will be increased by € 20.00.
    It is the responsibility of the guest to clean the kitchenette. A microwave oven is provided in all the apartments.
  • SECURITY DEPOSIT: € 200.00 (will be returned at the departure unless there are damages).
  • PETS: only small and medium-sized pets are allowed (if you are bringing a pet with you, please give notice of this at the time of booking).
  • APARTMENTS: two-room apartment for 2 or 3 people; two-room apartment for 4 or 5 or 6 people.
  • Air Conditioning € 50.00 per week with no time restrictions.
